Paktel still capture a small portion of user base.

Value added services offered by Paktel make is worthwhile Paktel GSM offer international SMS, Voice Mail, CLI, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Conference Calling facilities to subscriber.

As mentioned earlier the company is small with a capacity of only 2 million subscribers. Some times Paktel subscribers face problems in receiving calls and SMS some times didn’t reach. With no GPRS no MMS Paktel is only for small group of people. Paktel Call Center sounds like some is talking to a person who is standing at the road side a lot of noise in the background gives an impression they don’t have sound proof offices and they don’t care spending some money on call center.

Paktel is an average company with less no of subscribers definitely Paktel is not for everyone.
